budget 65"-70" tv

Thanks for this website and all the reviews you make, especially Dodgexander's 20-21 tv buying guide which is really helpful. The tv market is really confusing, with plethora of different serials and it's really hard to tell how different models scale and compare. Basically in France for 65"-70" tvs it seems I'm limited to hisense or TCL in the 600-700 euros price range, like the HISENSE 70AE7000F/65A7100F/65A7300F/65A7500F or TCL 70BP600/65AP610/TCL 65BP615/65EP680/65P718 a qled 65C711 (not sure how to order them, I assume larger numbers mean newer models...).

I also found a Phillips 70PUS7555, but I'm not interested in wide viewing angle. I'm mostly looking for a narrow angle tv for movies at about 3.3 meters, don't really play games, upscaling seems important because most of my movies are 720p so it would help improve the resolution. Should I get a 70" over a 65" or are they older and not reliable? Hisense, TCL or Phillips? Is the qled a good option over a 70" or newer 65", especially considering the viewing distance?

I also found a Samsung UE70TU7125 but it's a bit above my price range, is it worth it for the extra 100 euros?

Thanks for your advice,
