BTTF trilogy

I notice that R1 of the Backtothefuture Trilogy is not DTS encoded , though Region 2 is! ...

a bit strange I thought since R1 was supposed to have more features...though in comparison both look to have the same stuff except for R2 being superior since it's got DTS!

it doesn't have a DTS soundtrack, BECAUSE it has more features!!!

There isn't a limitless amount of space on a DVD you know!

but the thing is it doesn't have more features...I looked at both contents on play247.com and didn't really see anything extra!

I think you would be better off getting the DTS version - it would be better to have top quality sound rather than some useless extras that you will watch once and then never see again. DTS is brilliant, it really adds to the quality of the film.

I have the Reg 4 (which will be same as Reg 2) and have only watched first film but wasn;t impressed with DTS..maybe the others are better..
