I have BT Infinity. Installed downstairs in the study. Replaced the BT router with an Apple one. ( I know many replace the BT router as the wireless signal is not as good).
I have a BT Vision box installed in the loft and ordered the additional Channel package for £2 a month. Both the added channels and the BT sport channels do not work and the message I see on my projector screen says that I have not connected to the BT router.....very frustrating and I am now considering cancelling BT Vision. If you call the support desk, you get the same message over and over: we do not support any other routers! Does anyone have a clue or shall I just leave it?
