Can anyone shed some light on this,BT are at a loss.
My speed test on lap top says 75 mb which is far more than enough for Ultra TV,but when I do the Broadband speed on my Ultra Uview box,I get sorry your fast enough for HD but not for Ultra HD.Im seriously frustrated by this and BT cannot find a solution.

Wired or wireless connection?

It may be your peak speeds are very good, but you have a congested wireless channel or fault somewhere in the wiring, which is preventing sustained data loads.

Wired mate, you have to connect the modem to the ultra box via an ethernet cable,BT engineer tested the speed out of modem,75 MB which is ample.
But the Broadband speed checker is still stating not fast enough for Ultra.
Ive tried every modem ethernet port plus a dozen ethernet cables including cat 6 (whatever that means )

Have you tried switching it off and back on again?

In all seriousness, disconnect the modem for 3-4 hours, then reconnect. The various signal optimisation algorithms that the modem carries out will be reset and this might well fix things.

Does UHD require a "minimum" Uplink speed as well?

Did you get this to work? I was about to order BT TV and it says my line is not fast enough despite say 65mb minimum! *** how much speed do you need!
