    Hi,

Have BT put there prices up this year? The combination of phone and option 3broadband has increased by nearly £5 in my January direct debit.

I had just negotiated a £5 discount for re-signing too, the cheeky
    beggers?

    If anyone knows, much appreciated.

The phone Options have gone up. BT have sent you a letter or email.

Damn it. I was so pleased with myself getting £5 taken off my bill only to give it back with the other hand.

My fault i guess, should of read the information first
and asked for a better deal.

Thanks for the bad news. ;)

You would not have got one based on that. The phone and Broadband Options are quite separate.

It is to pay for their free 0845 numbers. I am with one bill for another another couple of months for my phone and then I am changing to the Post office. I am not going to use Bt for phone.
