BT cable problems

Anyone know where i can get a hold of the retaining corkscrew wire that is on the incoming BT wire to the house as it has been snapped so the cable is flapping around without and real load bearing.

I am sure BT should fix that for nothing. Even if you use another supplier.
Try calling someone.

as far as i know you can do nothing to the telephone cable before the master box inside your house. Anything before is their property

You rent the line from BT get them out to fix it and they should not charge
