Hi
Has anyone got a contact address or email address so I can send a letter of complaint to bt broadband?
I've not had broadband at home since 05 may! Had 2 engineers (one outreach)out with no luck (they were unable to connect using their own equipment (homehubs and laptops). Tried two separate routers, neither connect. After 3 weeks of dealing with them on the phone I've had enough. It's not the mac either as a samsung nc10, dell mini 9, ipod touch all fail to connect. Am on what was the old option4.
Any help please as had enough of phoning.
