BSD Racing 1:6 Electric RC Buggy - RTR, ONLY HAD 3 CHARGES

Up for sale is a BSD Racing 1:6 Scale Electric buggy. This car was bought for me as a gift a week or 2 ago. Comes complete with LiPo's to power the car, Electronics and the Transmitter - so you are ready to go.

It's had 3 charges and works as you'd expect out of the box. It's had a roll so light scuff to outer shell (These trucks are meant for a bashing!) But other than that, it's completely fine and as new.

Comes boxed, with the receipt showing the value of £400. As this has been used, I am willing to take £200 to use for shiny bits for my HPI Baja 2.0 - Also in the photo.

I'm just re-greasing everything, so the new owner has total piece of mind.

Please note - This car is FAST Stock - It will do 30-50mph with the supplied LiPo's. If you decide to upgrade the battery packs, it will do 70mph - so please use responsibly.

Charge time with the provided Balance loader (2.5 Hours)
Run time with supplied LiPos - 20 to 30 mins.

£200 - Collection only due to size and weight!

F1 CARS ARE NOW SOLD - THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST!

Up for sale is a pair of extremly rare 1:43 Scale cars by MiniChamps.

These cars were only purchasable at the 2012 British GP and were limited to 1,000 each.

If that wasn't enough, both cars (Lewis' + Jenson's) have been signed by the driver as well as Martin Whitmarsh on both.

Martin has signed the top of the Plexiglass protecting the cars, and Lewis and Jenson signed the Cardbox inlay.

Lewis Hamilton's Signature is notoriously hard to get, so I had to wait the best part of 8 hours, and even then it was a scrum.

I managed to get 3 sets of these, one for myself and two other collectors who are friends, but pulled out at the last minute. I was the only person known at the event to get them all signed ( I seem to have a knack for chatting to A-Listers? lol  )

These are 110% genuine as I got them done myself. I go every year. With Lewis now having left McLaren, it makes this signed collectable even more special.

I've looked to see how much comparable models go for that have been signed by the drivers, which aren't as rare. They seem to go for £200+ each, but as I'm not out to rip F1 fans off or go for inflation or anything like that.

I price Lewis' at £100, Jenson's at £85 or £160 for the pair.

You won't find these anywhere else, so it's pretty much a one time thing.

Payment Via Cash on Collection, PPG or Bank Transfer. Will be sent via RMSD and well protected.

    Location: Basingstoke,Hampshire

Photo's have been added as promised!

UPDATE: 66 Viewing! Wow, never seen so much activity on a thread. A bit of a backstory. You'll see I'm pretty friendly with them in the photo's. I go to a lot of the races, so a lot of them recognise me, or say hello - Especially Lewis and Seb.

If you'd like authenticity of the photo's, you can add me on facebook as you can see when I uploaded the photo's (I uploaded them real-time whilst at the event)

Best photo of Jake EVER? haha

I'm sticking at asking because they are already good value compared to anywhere else. Ask me tomorrow once you have the funds and I may change my mind if I'm in a good mood hehe.

    Hi Thom,

Sorry about this (and I know I'll incur a trading ban) but I'd like to temporarily withdraw my offer - I'd be happy to reinstate it if you could provide better photos of the signatures so I can get them authenticated before paying for the cars.

I do apologise and really want the cars but £160 is a fair amount to drop on them when I'm not 100%

    Sorry,
    Dan

As stated, I don't have have any photo's from 2012. I didn't have my phone with me I am afraid (Battery Died), hence why I've added photo's from all the other years when I got other stuff signed.

I will try to get some clearer photo's tonight for people who are interested.

Maybe it's just me because I'm used to seeing their signatures, but they already seem very clear in the photos.

Hi I don't know much about buggy's so please forgive my ignorance but does this one receive decent reviews and do I need to buy anything to get up and running?

Are parts easily purchased for it and how does it compare to your hpi

My HPI is a £900 piece of kit, so it would be unfair to directly compare. It (The BSD) is sold in Modelzone for £400, so you can always get parts for them and that says of the quality.

As far as the BSD Goes, it uses the same parts as the Redcat version. Parts are readily availiable from RedCat, BSD and more importantly - Modelzone and other model shops. The components are all good quality, with a good mix of Plastic / Alloy.

Comparing the HPI to the BSD - The BSD accelerates faster due to the torque. The beauty of the BSD is that it is electric. No noise, hardly any maintenance, no mess. Charge and go. We have another BSD in the family (My brothers) and it's solid. At £200, it's a bargin and a great foot in the door into larger scale and moving on to the top shelf RC Porn such as the HPI 5B (Pictured) - It's only for sale at that price, as I've used it and need some bits for a race next week for the Baja.

It's a great unit, well put together and upgradable. It drives well and is easy to control if you want it to be. It's also 4WD.

It's charged and ready to go. So if you want to test it, of course you can!

Update: No, it's ready to go. You don't need to buy anything to get going, I provide it all.

Hi there, are you sure its a 1:6 as I can't find it on the net, is this a brushless type?

My original budget was around the £100 mark but I know yours is worth loads more so I was at the £140-150 delivered mark but didn't want to offend as I know nothing about these things.

And yeh, That's a little too low I'm afraid. It is Brushless, yes. I'll try find some info for you, as there's plenty about.

It's the same car, as it was a compliation between Redcat & BSD.
