Recently installed the Bryant 2 stage gas fire furnace and two new Nest thermostats to control the two zones. Does anyone know if the nest is capable of controlling two zones? Does the Nest require a "common" wire?

From your question I'm guessing you're on the western side of the Atlantic.

Heating systems are very different in the US to how out systems work over here in the UK. Nest had to make a completely different version of the thermostat to work here. Differences between the 3rd-generation Nest Learning Thermostats made for Europe and North America - Google Nest Help

You may get an answer as there are plenty of overseas members on here but the majority of us on here have no knowledge of US heating systems.

Thanks Jamie, and yes I am from Philadelphia.

I will wait for any US member to reply, and in the mean time I will continue with my research.

There's quite a good sub Reddit for Nest you might have more luck getting an answer on. I know when I asked a question most members were US based so couldn't help me.
