You need someone to come and repair it. You could try taking the back off the TV to see if you could fudge something for now, but until the covid19 thing dies down you’re probably going to be without a TV. Bummer.

Easiest solution, buy a freeview box and plug that in via the HDMI input. Instead of using the TVs tuner, you use the freeview box's tuner instead. No one need visit, and it'll probably be much cheaper, plus you'll probably get loads of extra features like recording and pausing TV.

Head over to: Freeview & YouView and see what's best for you and your budget.

All is not lost! Not the end of the world and you can probably get something delivered in the next day or so if you buy from Amazon.
