Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could give me a working phone number for this company? bristolcameras.co.uk

I ordered a focusing screen for my 5D which they had 'In stock' until I placed the order ,then suddenly I'm on Back order and I can't contact them to cancel.??

They have a premium number on the website which seems to be dead, no email contact address only a postal address which is my last resort.

is this company for real?, very unprofessional of them!

Anyone else had issues with them?... I wish I'd stuck with Amazon or Warehouse Express, at least they have decent customer service, If I had wanted to wait for a focusing screen I wouldn't have ordered in the first place

They have a habit of doing that .. been caught out myself as have many others. Quite a large thread about it on the other photography forum.
