The box is stuck on boot and h96 max logo screen on tv.

I fixed it. I used tweezer on two pins and upgraded firmware to android 10.

The pins to short are highlighted above.

If you are bricked to the point of mask mode only, then use the instructions below.
I bricked my device to this level and recovered it.

1. Launch the Factory Tool. Load your ROM. Select 'Restore'. Then click start. DO NOT touch it from here on in.
2. Hold down reset, short the pins on the board, plug into PC. This will enter mask mode.
3. When MaskMode is entered, the device will begin flashing, from Factory Tool above.
4. CRUCIAL - the device once finished flashing will 'Wait for MaskMode' again.
5. You must complete STEP 2 above again to put it into MaskMode BEFORE the timeout in Factory Tool.
6. The device will then flash the entire ROM onto the device. Factory Tool reports this is happening.

An update to above.
I flashed the incorrect rom again and bricked it again.

The above procedure restored it again.

For STEP 5 - placing it back into MaskRom Mode, you can increase the timout for MSC and RockUSB to 60 seconds to give you more time.
