Wow, sounds terrible! Looks like a certainty for the Land of Pound in the near future.

Sounds terrible. I seem to remember Snake Eyes being quite enjoyable since then De Palma has gone way downhill.
For my money Coppola's last good film was The Rainmaker made a few years after Bram Stoker's Dracula. Watched it recently - very entertaining.

Yeah, I liked Rainmaker too, it did something a little different with Grisham at the time.

Thanks for the Review Cas. A real shame this is so bad. On top of being a De Palma fim, I was interested to see Nikolaj Coster-Waldau outside of GoT.

I actually really enjoyed him in Shot Caller; he's done some good work, just didn't appear to be invested here.

      Thanks for the review, Cas.

This sounds bad. A real shame as DePalma has made some top quality movies. In fact, too many to list here.

I'll still check this out at some point. I'll just expect the worst.

Good shout on Shot Caller too. Well worth checking out for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Watch Black Hawk Down or Headhunters. You should be able to pick up Headhunters dirt cheap - it was in the Land of Pound for a good while.

Ah for some reason I thought he meant post-GoT (or at least after his fame on GoT), yes, those are some great choices. Headhunters in particular (he's just one of a HUGE ensemble in BHD). Just don't watch Gods of Egypt except for cheesy fun (if that).

There's also Small Crimes on Netflix, but I'm not sure I loved the tonal shifts in that one.

Oh and don't forget you can always try the comp if you don't want to wait until this hits poundland (or Netflix)

Win a copy of Domino on Blu-ray

Thanks both for the suggestions - actually, yes, I am most interested in performances post- GoT to see where he is now.
Unfortunately, cannot play the competition - I am English, but I live in Germany & I believe all the Comps. are for UK residents only.

Yes sorry, unfortunately only UK atm, becomes a little more complicated when posting prizes overseas.

As you liked it so much I am not going to even enter the competition
