Hi Guys,

Am I the only one who has problems trying to load cd's into a new JB7?

Done everything by the book, but still having bother.

Fair play to Brennan, they are going to change it, but is this a regular thing?

I've ripped a few CDs on my JB7 without trouble, but don't know if this a common problem. In the end though, it was too tedious, so just loaded all my MP3's and Wavs directly via USB.

Looks like an old post . However try replacing the 3v lithium battery after sliding the outer cover off first (6 screws to remove). It went from a defunct loading system to an almost perfect loader where the cd’s were read and accepted. some CDs will never load as there may be issues with them either worn,dirty or simply unreadable.
a new battery cost me £1.36 .
