Bravia Builtin Receiver - possible to disable?

Hi all.

Ive a Sony Bravia 40X2000 which is hooked up to a Xbox 360 and Sky+ Box.
I only ever use these two inputs, as the built in freeview reciever is AWFUL (reception is terrible and sound quality interrupted by noise)

It would be nice to turn the built in receiver off altogether, so the TV defaults to the Sky AV channel.

Is this in any way possible?

Either sort out your aerial/aerial cable so the reception is good (it should be better than SKY on the PSB channels due to higher res and bit rates) or get a Harmony or other programmable remote so you can programme it to switch the set on and go straight to the desired AV channel.
