Brand new laptop has dead pixel

Hi, i bought a laptop on Monday from Comet (Acer 5532) it started to crash all the time, so within 24 hours i took it back to the shop, and after a phone call with Acer, they gave me a new one. Now i took this one home, and started it up..... Dead pixel!!!! :eek:( I am going to take it back again today. Do they have to replace the laptop? Or does that not count as a fault?

If it is a 'dead' pixel it is faulty by definition...

whats Comets returns policy?

can you not just pack it back up and take it back for a refund?

probably only accept it if its unopened and unused?
