Bracklinn Falls

Local lockdown has put the dampeners on get togethers so a trip out to Bracklinn Falls to avoid going stir crazy! I know a waterfall/sea/river is the obvious shot for this theme so i'm sure there's more to come. Was tough to shoot as handheld. Editing limited to vignette, selective dodging and burning and some adjustment brushes. Comments and constructive criticism welcome, thanks!

Really nice, perfect shutter speed for me. The only criticism I have is that I would have lowered the angle a bit so that you've not got that 'branch' in frame going across the top as I find it a bit distracting, especially as it's not in focus/blurry from movement.

Still a lovely image though.

Fab shot and I truly like the branches across it too. Lovely colours and beautiful exposure.

The framing was a bit of a balancing act. I don't interfere with whatever I'm shooting (unless it's a staged shot!) so played around with composition a lot, rather than move branches etc. I wanted to get as much colour from the tree on the right as possible, moving further down (was lying nearly flat on the ground for this one :rotfl:) pushed the green into shot more which I found less pleasing. It was a fun shoot and a beautiful place to spend some time, would like to go re-visit once we are in full autumn colours!
