I was looking at The Bourne Identity on Play and for the R2 release at the top it says 5.1/DTS. Then at the bottom under the specs it just says DD5.1.

Does anyone know if it is going to be DTS or not?

    Thanks :)

The French writing depends on the distributor/studio with Canadian R1s. See if it has a Canadian film rating anywhere, perhaps stuck on as a little sticker on the back, or as a mark on the disk.

However, I suspect it is the US one as I have had the Canadian R1 on pre-order with a Canadian e-retailer and that hasn't shipped yet.

I got the US disc last Friday and watched it at the weekend. I used the dts track and must say this movie has a great soundtrack, full of really nice directional sound effects. Haven't heard the DD track but I'm sure it's great also, the fight sequences are truly awesome.

I have changed the name of this thread as the original was misleading. :)

I am also closing it because the question has been answered, and there is already a Bourne Identity thread.
