Bought a 60PS8000 Need help with DTV setup

I just got my 60PS8000, but am unable to setup my DTV service. I have the access card my provider gave me and I put it in a card reader and then in the CI slot of the TV. The problem is no DTV channels are detected when I run auto program

This is from my cable TV provider:

For detection of digital television technical parameters as followsVB-T MPEG-2 standard;
Opportunity to detect a frequency band between M and DMV channels (SK band);
CONAX V.5+ and higher encoding system support.

Regular TV channels are detected OK, but no DTV

For digital television detection you can use either private decoders or decoders built in TV – sets, which meet the above mentioned parameters.

Does the 60PS8000 meet these standards?

you need a seperate cable box, i would assume, either connected with hdmi or scart.
the inbuilt tuner will pick up freeview(if you live in the uk), and i would assume the CI slot is for topuptv/setanta,etc, not for cable.
