I have a Bose Acoustimass 6 connected to a Panasonic AV Receiver, the problem I have is the bass is overpowering ,I have tried moving the bass unit to different locations,the controls on the unit are on min. I have reached the stage of turning the power to the unit off but the output is a bit lifeless.The main proplem is when there is someone with a low voice talking you cannot understand them or a low note is played it is unbearable.
I wondered if anyone could give me any help on this.

Don - Have you tried adjusting the bass control on you're receiver and checking the levels for each channel ?

Thanks for the reply,I have done that ,infact I have turned the sub. off on the receiver.

Ok Don - I am not too clued up on how Bose systems work now a days, although i am sure someone will be able to help on this forum.
