I decided to go for a Sib/Cub set (2 XXLs, 3 XLs plus the Cub2 sub) for my living room (reasobaly large- 7x4 meters) but a friend of mine that works at a Bose/Marantz/Martin Logan store insists the kit would be very underpowered for the room. He says that for example a Bose Acousti-whatever 15 would do a much better job than the French items. Now how can that be, especially with the bad rep that Bose have in the audiophile circles and their smaller size?! The Sibxxl is quoted powerhandling 120w and the xl 100w. Dont know about the Bose it doesnt say on their website. Please help, thought I had figured it out and now I am getting very confused. :lease:
