I recently bought a pair of Bose QC20i in-ear headphones. I commute to work via London Tube Monday to Friday, so I thought these noise cancelling headphones would be ideal. However, I have noticed that with the noise cancellation mode on, the audio on the London Tube has regular popping sounds which are disturbing. This defeats the objective of noise cancelling.
I rang Bose today and the guy said it was faulty. I bought it from Currys. I contacted Currys Call centre and they ordered a new one to be delivered to my nearest Currys store.
Has anyone had any experience with Bose headphone on the Tube, especially the QC20s?
Could this be a problem with this particular model?
