I'm looking to get a flash based MP3 player but it must have this feature so I'm able to switch back to listening to music and then go back to where I was in the book.

Can anyone recommend which player would do the job and has a min of 16GB capacity?

iPod Nano 16Gb, use iTunes to set all tracks to remember playback position.
