Question Bluetooth In Ear With ANC?

Looking to buy some bluetooth headphones with anc but they need to be in ears rather than over ear ones.

I’ve been using some £50 Leophile Zeros but my second set just died on me, questionable build quality meant one side stopped working after 8 months.

So far my shortlist consists of the Bose QC30 and the Song WI-1000X. Any other suggestions or recommendations?

I haven't tried the Bose QC30s, but i am still using my Bose QC20s and they are absolutely fantastic. The only problem for me is i have to use a BT adaptor to use them with my iPhone XSMax (or the lightning to 3.5 adaptor). Still great earphones

Thanks for the reply. I went to the local Bose store and tried the 30s and also considered the over ear 35s but couldn’t decide on which one to go for.

The questionable build quality reviews on the 30s are off putting.

It's a shame. Their ear buds are probably the most comfortable around. I can (and have) worn them all day and they don't get uncomfortable.

Sony WF-1000X seem to (generally) get good reviews.

The wired BOSE QC20s are lovely; I've just had mine stolen on a recent train journey so I'm looking for replacements and was also pondering the bluetooth route.

There are some 'asian branded' options (Phiaton BT120 NC; Linner NC50) but I'm heading towards the Sony's.

I bought the Sony WF1000X and will be returning them.
Sound quality is good and they are comfortable.
However, the noise canceling is non-existent and I encountered some considerable lag when watching videos.
Battery life also very poor - roughly 2 hours.
They look ugly but I'm now heading towards the QC30 or the Sony WI1000X 'neckband' versions.

What about a well reviewed passive isolation in ear monitor plus Bluetooth cable or dongle. Probably will sacrifice some sound quality versus wired. It'd be more choice than trying to find an active noise cancelling earphone that ticks enough boxes

I've ordered a pair of QC30s. I'll let you know what I think when I've used them in anger.

I'm interested in a pair of those myself for the many long/noisy hours I spend on the tractor (no cab).

Update: my QC30s arrived today.
Connected (very quickly) to my 'suite' of devices (2 phones, tablet, Sony Walkman); downloaded the Bose Connect App and then updated the firmware.

Initial Thoughts
The headband will be marmite; I actually like it in the flesh, its comfortable and once on you don't notice it.
Sound quality is excellent.
Noise cancelling is superb - once you find the right tips (mediums for me) I went from noisy home office (fan, washing machine in utility room with doors open) to silence: definitely on a par with my old QC20's.
These look like keepers to me.
