My Bluetooth is really bugging me, every time I try to connect to a new device it asks for a password. I have my phone connected to the Bluetooth on my laptop and in order to have done this I hade to create a 4 digit password on my mobile which I then had to type into the blue tooth on computer, only a one off. But my friend had a different mobile with Bluetooth and when searching for device for example my mobile for the first time, they could connect with it without having to type a password in.

If that all makes sense :)

The bluetooth 'features' of the D500 was one of the reasons I returned it to Orange.

I use a bt earpeice a lot in the car and If I had come back to the car with the headset still on then it would not reconnect automatically.

This becomes a pain in the arse if you have an earpeice good enough to leave it on in the car all day, having to reach over to the phone holder just to press 'accept'
