Question Bluetooth connectivity issue - Samsung Frame 2020

Hi - First of all thank you to this forum and the members after stalking here I decided to purchase The Frame couple of months back.

I never used the Bluetooth feature of TV until recently where I noticed the audio is very jittery and there is lot of disturbance. The type of sound you hear when you are going out of range or far from your device. But here I am well within 6-8 feet in direct sight of TV and still there is the audio issue.

TV and other devices are connected to 5ghz wifi and there are couple of laptops and mobiles within the range of tv.

I tried with my Galaxy Buds+ as well as Oneplus wireless buds.

This issue got me worried. What options do I have and how do I proceed?

Hi, I've stumbled on your question searching for answers to another sound issue with my Frame, but my immediate thought on your query was about where your OneConnect box is in relation to your headphones? As that contains the "brains" of the TV I'd assume the Bluetooth connection was to that rather than the TV itself, so if it's hidden in a cabinet with other AV equipment that could be causing the interference?
