Blue Lights Get Fused

Hi my sky box play light gets fused when on demo, and when looking at anytime programmes it slows down and goes into standard mode and play light gets fused. but its ok in standard and off feature.

Can anyone help me out. Tried the power down and force download no help.

He complained once before because the circle of blue light on the front of his HD box was out of sync with the circle that shows on screen when you first press play or release the box from pause or watch back in slow or fast forward. He seems to refuse to watch the TV screen - only the blue circle beneath the TV screen. Just ignore him. He'll go away eventually.
