hi i was wondering if Sony make a Tv which has a built in Blu ray player and one that has 100hz?Thanks.

No to the former, yes to the latter. Sony haven't ever really done much with built in DVD either

What screen size with 100hz do you want? Better to buy separate kit

i still cant decide between plasma,led or lcd im leaning toward 50 inch samsung plasma or 37 lg led

Sony do a LCD with intergrated blu ray but it aint got 100hz,
