    Hi,

I have recently purchased a Pioneer Kuro KRL 37v lcd tv and a Pioneer Blu Ray BDP51FD player.
When listening to the player I have to turn the sound virtually up to maxium, surely there must be something I'm doing wrong.
Does anyone know why this is happening :lease:??

    Thanks

    Kate

Blu-ray player straight to the screen? this is quite common i'm afraid when using the TV speakers only.
    All the best.

    Hi,

it's all connected up via the HDMI cable (gold plated), from the tv directed to blu ray player.

im having same problem unfortunatley and my wife goes nuts when it cuts from a very quite talking scene to a deafening action scene (imagine watching death race when someone is trying to sleep next to you)

the voice is very quiet even with the volume almost double what i normally have it on but when it goes to action im scrambling for the remote to turn it down !
