Do they rent PS3 games yet?
I'm fairly sure my local one does.
my local one's do too
Shame they are about 4.50
It's probably better to use online rental places like Lovefilm.
Yeah, almost certainly. Lovefilm are doing a 3 week free trial as well with no obligations probably the best option.
I think they have an offer on at the moment.
Trade a PS3 game in for another for £10.
Not sure which games they accept though.
swapgame were pretty good, £15 a month for two games at a time.
There are about of 20 games on their list. Most of them the newer games like R6V and GRAW, but there were a few older ones like COD3, Godfather, harry potter. Resistance wasn't on that list either.
Please note, they're sussed the NHL2k7/NBA 2k7 trick and you won't get another game for £10, but will still get £26 credit for them!
Not true at my local Blockbusters, it's gone down to £20 for NBA 2K7 now. I traded it in last week.
Lovefilm are doing a 3 month free trial at the minute.
Think you mean 3 weeks surely? Quote STLFPS82 and make that 30 days free.
but the 3 mth free trial does not include game rentals!
not for me anyways
and yep there is a 3 mth trial available with the right code.
B7RBPWQRT for 3 months! worked the other day for me...
lovefilm is well worth signing up for. It took a while at first to receive blu-rays/Games but now they roll in every couple of days. I'm on the 3 for £14.99 (with games) which, unfortunately, is no longer avaliable to new customers, but with a fast turnaround for rentals I'd definatley recommend them.
And you're getting games included? My arrow's hovering over the register button..
EDIT: You can rent games in the 90 day trial of you select the £10.99 option. Now all we need is some decent games worth renting.
My local Blockbuster has started renting PS3 games in the last month or so, selection is obviously very limited but that's SONY's fault!
