blizzard sold an xbox to jklondon here but it was never received
hi marc myself and jk have spoken on the fone as i said i woiuld deal directly with him i havent heard from him today so i take it all is well if he has had any more probs ill refund him
has he contacted u since ?
He's just now said he has received nothing, perhaps give him a ring to sort it once and for all.
im sitting here with his money i can take it a bank of his choice ill chase it and sort it but ill refund him now so hes not worrying about it all

all i want is a happy resolution myself i have also been notified that a parcel i sent on the same time and day as this one is also missing so any advice on my next steps would be appreciated as talking to RM is bonkers they just dont wanna know
Assuming you have either proof-of-post or recorded slips for the items, go to the website and fill in the bits, print out the claim forms, photocopy the receipts/slips, and send in the forms + photocopies to RM ...
They can be quite good about claims TBH
thanks for your responses - its been over 2 weeks, blizzard you have offered a refund and I will take the offer. If the the item does turn up (and frankly I hope so since I still need it!!!) I will pay you the £60 if you havent already claimed it back from Royal Mail. That cool?

my apologies its noones fault but it happens
just been informed i have to be on camel duty tomorrow and got town to carry bags so ill do it in the morning (saturday )
