Stupidly changed audio track from MP3 to AC3 at high volume and my dac obviously just out put noise and blew the tweeters. Man I couldn't move fast enough.
Anyway, trying to replace them but can't find anyone selling spares.
Unlike my old Tannoy Mercurys from 1986 you can replace justthe diaphragm. The whole tweeter is moulded\glued. So much for progress.
I have sent an email to Monitor Audio hoping they have these and they don't want to charge the earth.
