Blacks on Panasonic Plazma

Hi all im just about to exchange my faulty samsung lcd for the 46S20 or the 42G20 but after seeing a demo at my local currys im not sure now, i was under the impression these tvs had excellent blacks but all i could see was poor blacks almost looked gray, im not sure if these tvs was setup correct. Any advise on these sets would be of great help regards Anthony

Whether it was set up correctly or not has nothing to do with it as with that horrid fluoresent lighting thats in there makes them look pants, its a totally different matter in a home in normal lighting.

Here is a picture of a g20 in my home, blacks look ok enough for you.
