blackberry seem to have mms problems

my two sisters have o2 and they got the bolt ons for blackberry and still cant send mms and i cant seem to think what causing it not to work as the internet pages work and bbm etc

i been doing a search on the net and alot of people of different networks are having same problem and looks to me its blackberry fault

both got 8520

i get the same problems apart from mine work now and then and go off and dont work for a few weeks lol, i rang CS and they didnt really have a answer for me so i just put up with it lol
