Hi,

For some reason, not content with just one showing, Channel 5 are showing "Saving Private Ryan" on:

Tuesday 10th September at 21:00-00:20 hours and then again on

Sunday 15th September at 21:00-00:15 hours!

Quite wht this is, I can't say, but at least they'll get decent viewing figures for it!

They've obviously borrowed the $ky book of programming of flogging a program to death so they don't have to put new material (and therefore expense) into thier schedules

More like they've paid so much to show it that they have to milk it for all the ad slots they possibly can.

I reckon they are trying to compete with ITV who are showing Star wars tonight, aren't they?

At least I can watch both of them again.:)

I missed Star Wars. I thought is was just another reality show with C list 'celebreties' being given something to argue about.
