Just upgraded to a radeon 9000 from my old geforce2 mx card, and got a copy of powerdvd4 xp to run on it to take over duties from my old windvd4 software

2 main issues - The first is that the windvd 4 software gives a better picture than the powerdvd software - i thought that it was supposed to be not as good as powerdvd, is something wrong?

2ndly, and more importantly - With this new Radeon 9000 card installed, every time i move a window, or scroll down a page, my NEC DP1200 crt projector "flinches" the image - like it's trying to cope with a change in refresh rates or something. I this kind of behavior heard of? It's fine for watching films, as it doesn't do it - which is the main use of the htpc. But it's really annoying when scrolling through all my tunes in Media Player!!

Any feedback on this experiance would be greatly appreciated!
