The official term for the Terminals on an amp or on speaker is - 5-way Binding Post, though in my long life, I have not been able to figure out what all 5-ways are.
Many speaker terminals have a hole in the post that you can shove the wire through, then lock the nut down on the wire. However, doing this does not allow the nut to go all the way down, only down to the wire. This means if, for example, you are using Jumper Bars between the posts, the Terminal Nut does not really clamp down on them, which in turn makes the Jumper Bar unreliable.
Now if your speakers have FOUR Terminal post each, then put one wire into one terminal post pair and the other into the other terminal most pair. Since this is BI-Wiring and not Bi-Amping, it won't really matter whether the Jumper Bars are their or not.
To make to connection to a single post work. I suggest you use thin Spades or Ring, in combination with Banana Plugs. Using Spades or Rings will allow the Terminal Nut to clamp down on them, and at the same time will still allow you to use Banana Plugs.
In my case, I use the rings on the Jumper Wire I made myself. As mentioned the Jumper Bars were unreliable. Though the same principle could be applied to two cables.
In my case, here are my speaker wires - (Spades) -
These could just as easily be Banana Plugs.
Here are the Jumper Wires with gold plated Ring Terminals -
And here are both in place -
But, if your speaker have FOUR Terminals like these, then just connect one speaker cable to each set of terminals.
Though as others have pointed out, don't expect much benefit to BI-Wiring. If we assume a single cable is of sufficient size, then that is more than enough.
However, Knowledge is Power, never one to discourage discovery, certainly try it just so you know for yourself.
I've tried it. It was a fun Saturday and Sunday. But in the end, I could hear any benefit, so went back to standard wiring. Also tried Bi-Amping, and while I like what I heard, it had other unrelated problems that ultimately sent be back to standard connections.
So, Spade/Rings and Bananas can be used together.
If your speakers only have a single Pair of speaker terminals then perhaps the Stacking Banana Plugs recommended by other would get the job done.
