    Hello All,

Forgetting best for a price, etc I am in rented accomodation over the next year or so where the main TV will be placed in an AV cabinet that has a width restriction of 39 inches / 990mm. Height is not an issue nor is price, I cannot change the cabinent as it's more an integrated affair and the landlord
wants to keep things the same.

Looking at some specs, depending on model and it's bezel I might be able to go as big as 42-43 inches, does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

Money not really the issue only the size, I've been looking at the usual collection of Sony (W9 40"), Samsung (F7000 40") and Panasonic (DT65 42"), so say around £1200.

Since I've no look seriously at TV's for 4-5 years I'm interested from those more in the know whether these newer models with their higher prices are a step up from last years models available now cheaper.
