Big thumbs up for Panasonic customer care :)

Recently sent my panny ae100 (which I got on these very forums) back to panasonic to fix a colour uniformity problem. In all honesty is was very minor but I figured I might as well get it done under warrenty before it got any worse.

The pj was one of the panny refurbs and was about 9 months old with 16-1700 hours on the clock.

When I got it back, to my surprise, they had not only fixed the problem but they have given me a brand new bulb :clap:

Now that's customer service!
