    Yes you can,
My old yam 595 had a&b switches. Just connect speaker a output to one pair of inputs on mission and speaker b to the other pair of inputs on the same speaker. Then switch on both a&b speaker outputs on the amp.

My Mission main speakers are capable of bi-wiring. I have a Yamaha RXV596RDS receiver which has A & B main speaker outputs. Can I use both of these to bi-wire my Missions or is it not possible using this sort of setup?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try splitting the wires [hope you are using multistrand cable :)]at the speaker end so that you have 2 reds and 2 blacks, and only use speaker set A.
Compare this method to the one mentioned above and get back to us.
