Im going to get bi poles at the back (2 speakers wired up as 1 centre) and 2 for the sides for use with dts es / dolby ex , is this going to be ok to use all bi poles in this way ?
Some people say you shouldnt and others (companies like Zebra) say its the best way to go ? is it really a matter of taste ?

It's a matter of taste, as you say.

THX would say "use di-poles all round, many (self included) prefer the sound of bi's.

Get an audition (obviously) if you can, but I don't think you'll go too far wrong with bi's.

Was he the tortured soul who poured out his immortal longings into dignified passages of stately music?

Or was he an old poof who wrote tunes?
