I noticed this website has some producst MUCH cheaper than others(the 32" samsung lcd is a lot lower than argos, curry´s etc). Anyone have experience with this site... I wonder how they can be this much cheaper?

Bought my 32 " Samsung LCD & Toshiba HD_DVD player from them about 2 months ago, as you say great prices.

Deliveries were bang on time, I've had no issues with my gear so can't really comment on their returns/replacement performance.

They are quick to take your money mate, but when things go wrong and have to refund you - it can take ages ( as with alot of companies ) !! I waited a month to have my TV refunded !!!

This was just my experience and your milage may vary!

I will never buy from them again. I'd rather pay extra and go elsewhere.

There's been a few stories of people trying for months to get refunds/replacements out of them, which is basically illegal. I would avoid them based on the stories I've heard here.

When I wanted my Samsung replaced Currys took 3 days to deliver a new one and exchange it, I've had 3 exchanges for various reasons and each one was within days, no questions, no problems. I'd even had the first TV for 5 months.
