Best way to watch the World Cup on my MBP?

Sorry......complete novice when it comes to things like this.

Is there a way to watch BBC, ITV or even SKY without a USB TV stick?
Anyone heard of Tellybox?

There's lots of iPhone apps, but I'd welcome some advice for my MBP, as Im thinking of taking it to work to watch afternoon games if this is possible??
