I have just bought a new house and are planning the home cinema/living room. I am having trouble sorting out the best way to connect up all the equiptment I have without spending mega money on advanced mixers etc. I have a Yamaha Amp which can provide composite video switching. It has optical & Coaxial digital input on 2 inputs. The sources i have are: Sky Box (2 RGB Scarts) Sony Video Player (2 RGB Scarts - not bothered too much can use composite scart) PS2 (RGB Scart + Composite) Home Server (DVI + VGA) The Displays i am looking at using Sanyo SU20 Projector - Composite, S-Video, VGA input Viewsonic N3000W LCD I am looking to build future proofing into the system so will probably put extra lines to the projector incase I get a new one in a years time with HDMI etc Currently i am thinking the best way of connecting this all up is.... Sky , Video, PS2 using RGB going into the Joytech AV Control Centrehttp://www.joytech.net/product_info...id=77&osCsid=7baecd5c529a87b4a108df05dca63b74 That would then output to the Amp via Composite Video. The RGB Scart output would go to the JS Tech RGB -> VGA Converter The VGA signal would then go th...input as well. Any thoughts on this setup?
