Best way to hide cables.

Guys i have bought an LCD tv for the bedroom and want to wall mount it,i dont want to make a channel in the wall as it is already decorated which is best looking option to hide them please and where is the best place to buy the wall bracket.

self-adhesive trunking is ok looks wise and doesn 't cost very much. it's also a doddle to fit yourself.
