best way to connect DVD to plasma

    hi all
    whats the best at reasonable cost way to connect my DVD with RGB out to my plasma ? I habe 5 bnc plugs and the PC input free
    can I use either iof theese ? if so how and where can i get the lead from ??

    Hi mate,

    IMO the best way would be to use the PC VGA input. You would of course need to get a convertor....

    ...from here, but that is the best quality way of doing things. I don't think you would be able to use the 5 BNC inputs as I imagine this is RGB with seperate H & V sync. The SCART RGB output of your DVD player is likely to have sync on composite video, therefore they would be incompatible.

    Thanks alot I will look into it,as upon getting my set up finished today I have a few other problems(refer to my new thread) Its a nightmare but will hopefully get it right soon !
