What is the best cloth and liquid to use to screen my plasma, got 3 year old finger marks on it!
I use a microfibre cloth with no liquid at all. It removed finger prints very nicely.
A good example of a microfibre cloth is the 'Spontex Window Wonder', which I've seen in stock at Sainsbury's.
there was a big thread on this a while back.....personally i use a spontex micro cloth....very slightly dampened with water...nothing else....lifts finger prints, dust etc without risk of scratching
There's been a number of threads on this, and the AF Screen-Clene has been mentioned on a few occasions. I seem to recall someone mentioning it was the stuff Panasonic used. I got some from here. Used them a few times with excellent results.
Youd think after 3 years you would be used to seeing them now
I just used a soft dry cloth and it cleans norm dust ect off
Aldi's were selling some TFT screen wipes last week for about £2.50. Tested them out on my manky Dell TFT and did a great job cleaning it up, so am happy to use them on my Pio plamsa.
was in Tesco extra at lunchtime and picked up the Scotchbrite M3 Microfibre cloth as recommended on other threads. i'll post later on how well it works.
The cloth worked well, made a portion slightly damp to trap the dust and polished the screen with the dry portion.
