Best way to automate my lighting(which system)

Hi there I am a sparky to trade but just starting to get my head round home automation.Anyway there first room i am doin up is my bedroom Which will Have 6 downlights on one circuit, 2 wall lights another circuit,leds behind tv another circuit.Basically i Want to still be able to use the orginal switch to operate them but also want to be able to use a a remote looking at the harmony 555 for my av stuff can i utilise this or possibly my iphone to operate them lookin to be able to have the ligths dimming when watching telly as well etc Cabling can all still be ran atm so i can wire it all back to seperate point if needed for an inclosure etc.Before i ripped my bedroom to shreds i used a very basic home easy ultimate remote and a switch module to operate a ceiling light I am looking for a ok system within a resonable budget im not a millionare lol:)thanks chris

Have done a bit of reading and a cheap x10 system would be fine for the bedroom i think so am i right in saying this is what i would need
One One gang momentary switch only want to be able to control the ceiling Lights via Momentary switch
Logitech harmony 555
