what is the best way of conecting a sky+ v2 to an iscanhd+ ? with regards to picture quality
RGBs from the scart socket. Keene or lektropaks do the cables (scart to 4 phono)
JS unit I think is better
i have a scart to 3 rca plugs rom pins 5,7,9,11,13, and 15 of the scart is this a scart to rgb without the sync ?
JS unit isn't necessary here. iScan will take the straight RGBS signal without the need for conversion. Keene cables are a bit poo though, would look to using Van Damme myself.
Scart to 3 RCA on those pins is red, green and blue. You would need another coax to run from 17 and 19 (composite video a.k.a. sync)
I purchased my SCART to RGBs cable(s) from Mark Grant on this forum (who makes fantastic cables at a very reasonable price).
They were to connect my Sky+ and DVD player to DVDO HD+.
thanks, Mark Grant cable on its way
Albeit from Australia - these cables are good and value for money - I got my scart cables custom made from them - http://www.cinemacables.com/
