Best way of getting Sky HD

I'm going to be moving to a (newly built) house next week. (This also means that I might not get a BT line installed until the new year -- bloody BT -- on the phone to them today)

I'm currently a Sky+ subscriber -- off a communal dish in my flat, but I want to upgrade to Sky HD in my new place as cheaply as possible :)

I have bought a new Sony 40W2000 from Dabs (which should arrive early next week). I've heard that means I can get some kind of HD rebate from Sky?

Should I cancel my exisiting sub, and then ask for a new HD install+sub at my new house?

Should I just ask Sky to upgrade my existing sub, and ask Sky for an HD install?

Should I go to Pennine Plus, get a self-install box, and then find a independent installer to put it up a dish for me?

How much would each option cost? Will the fact that I've bought a W2000 help? Are there any deals to get it cheaper anyhow? Should I wait until the new year and see if prices come down?

Thanks for any help!
